3. User Responsibility
- You are responsible for determining whether your use of CanvasTool is allowed by your school, institution, employer, platform, or applicable rules.
- You are responsible for all actions taken through your browser, account, license key, device, or installation.
- CanvasTool does not guarantee that use of the software is permitted in every environment or under every policy.
- Any misuse of CanvasTool is at your own risk.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CanvasTool to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, platform rule, academic integrity policy, honor code, or testing rule.
- Access systems, accounts, content, or data without authorization.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Share, resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute license keys, downloads, or private access links.
- Interfere with, abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attack CanvasTool or related services.
- Use CanvasTool for fraud, harassment, spam, malware, or other harmful activity.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, payment, platform, or operational risk.
5. Purchases, License Keys, and Access
- Each purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CanvasTool for the selected access period.
- License keys are delivered digitally and may be sent by email, displayed after purchase, or made available through our website.
- License keys may not be shared, sold, rented, sublicensed, transferred, leaked, or redistributed.
- You are responsible for keeping your key private and for ensuring your email address is correct at checkout.
- We may revoke or limit a license key for abuse, suspicious activity, payment disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal risk.
6. Refunds and Digital Delivery
- CanvasTool is a digital product. Once a license key or download access is issued, access is considered delivered.
- All sales are final unless a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by us.
- Failure to read setup instructions, browser limitations, or third-party platform rules does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access while the dispute is reviewed.
Please review our Refund Policy for more information.

We may collect and process information needed to operate CanvasTool, process purchases, deliver license keys, prevent abuse or fraud, provide support, and understand website performance. This may include email addresses, purchase records, license records, support messages, device or browser information, analytics data, and payment-related records from payment processors.
